At SkynetStores South Africa, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Information page explains the delivery methods we offer, estimated delivery times, shipping requirements, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.
1. Shipping Methods
We may offer the following delivery options, depending on the items in your order and your location:

2. Shipping Options
You may be able to choose between Standard Shipping and Click & Collect, depending on item availability and your location.
In some cases, orders may be handed over to local courier or delivery partners for the final stage of delivery. Because of this, tracking updates may not always be available at every point in transit.
3. Shipping Address Requirements
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
P.O. Box addresses may be accepted for some orders. However, certain items may require delivery to a physical address. This may apply to:
- large or bulky items;
- valuable items;
- perishable goods;
- products subject to age restrictions;
- items sent by private courier; or
- orders requiring signature confirmation.
Some products may also be marked as unavailable for delivery to P.O. Boxes. We may also be unable to deliver to certain restricted locations.
4. Processing Time
Once your order has been successfully placed, paid for, and confirmed, we will begin processing it.
Order processing may take approximately 1 to 3 business days, depending on stock availability, supplier handling time, and order volume.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted, and you will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may also appear in your order confirmation or shipment notification.
Once your package has been shipped, you may receive:
- a shipping confirmation;
- package-specific delivery estimates; and
- tracking details, where available.
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:
- flight or transport arrangements;
- customs clearance;
- courier capacity;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays; or
- other external disruptions.
For the most current delivery information, please refer to the tracking information provided with your order, where available.
6. Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your shipment is ready and tracking becomes available.
You may be able to view shipment progress through your order history or through the courier tracking link provided. Please note that some deliveries may have limited tracking visibility, especially where local delivery partners are used.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the expected period, or if tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Any delivery-related claim should be reported within 90 days of the order date and should include:
- your order number;
- the delivery issue encountered; and
- any supporting information that may help us investigate.
We may request additional information where necessary in order to review the issue with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner.
